Tamineca Lollis, LCSW

I have more than 20 years of clinical experience providing individual, group and family therapy and social work services in mental health and social work services. I’ve run a successful private practice for over 10 years, expanding my level of expertise in clinical practice. My compassion and ability to engage and understand at a deep level is a strong tool in helping people make needed changes and discovering their strengths and potential.

 

I am trained and utilize many different treatment modalities, and find that there are core skills that are at the heart of empowering others to create change in their lives. These skills are my ability to be present, engaged, using insight and genuine compassion with the people I work with. It is my goal to help fellow therapists find a path that allows them to step into their full potential by using these skills in the consultation services I provide.

 

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. I can provide business consultation to therapists in any state (such as with business operations, practice marketing, and non–case-specific trainings or workshops). I can only offer clinical consultation to therapists located in California, as clinical guidance across state lines requires being licensed in that specific state, clinical work and training requirements differ from state to state.

Based on our training and experience, we’ve developed crisis management skills, leadership and management skills, and organizational techniques that serve us well in providing consultation services. We’ve conducted several workshops and provided extensive training in several topics in professional development.
